• All registration fees ($50) are non-refundable.

• Candidates must provide a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice, in writing, to withdraw from the course before it commences and obtain a refund from the school.

​

1. If course fee payment was made in Cash/Bank Transfer/Paynow/PayLah!, the course fees paid will be refunded in full.

2. If course fee payment was made through NETS/Credit Card, an administrative fee at 5% of the course fee paid will be deducted from the refunded course amount.

• In event of withdrawal within 4 weeks from course start date, course fees paid will not be eligible for refund. Trainees, however, have the option to defer to the next available WSQ batch enrolment with an additional administrative surcharge of $40 per full course/$20 per module.

• Alternatively, the candidate may choose to convert their enrolment to a JFAS Course with immediate effect, with a $20 administration fee applicable for all conversions.

• If June Floral Art School cancels a course, all fees paid (including Registration and Tools/Equipment fees) will be refunded or transferred to the next available batch.

​​

• The school reserves the right to approve or deny a pro-rated refund of fees at any time if a module of a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as declining trainee numbers, no available trainer, etc.

• ​The school reserves the right to approve or deny a pro-rated refund of fees and charges for courses and/or modules at any time during the course if students are able to provide documentary evidence for withdrawing from the course. (e.g. Doctor’s letter/certificate certifying the candidate is suffering from serious illness or disability, or other circumstances beyond their control)
