June Floral Art School
thirty-five years of floristry.
Principal June Lee established June Floral Art School (JFAS) in 1985. Following its establishment, the school has provided lessons and courses in floral arrangement for countless Singaporeans wishing to learn the craft.
The school pioneered some techniques still seen in commercial floristry today, such as the bridal arrangements commonly seen on the front of bridal cars at wedding events.
Together with several members from the Singapore Florist Association, JFAS was one of the organisations consulted in the pioneering of the WSQ Floristry Framework in 2007. The school contributed ideas, knowledge and advice on the development of the competency units still in use today.
Today, as one of the few existing Accredited Training Organisations (ATO) specialising in floristry, June Floral Art School continues to be Singapore's premiere choice for education in the art of floral arrangement.
