Our Refund Policy


All JFAS Course fees (including registration fees and tools fees) are not refundable. However, alternative arrangements can be made to extend the validity of respective courses on case by case basis upon discussion with the Principal.

WSQ Courses

  • Registration and Tools/Equipment fees are non-refundable.

  • Candidates must provide a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice, in writing, to withdraw from the course before it commences, in order to get a refund of the nett course fee paid to school (excluding Registration fees).

  • In event of withdrawal before 6 weeks from course start date, course fees paid will not be eligible for refund. Trainees, however, have the option to bring forward the paid fees to enrol in the next available WSQ batch enrolment with an additional administrative surcharge of $20. Alternatively, the candidate may choose to convert to a JFAS Course with immediate effect, at no additional charges.

  • If June Floral Art School cancels a course, all fees paid (including Registration and Tools/Equipment fees) will be refunded or transferred to the next available batch.

  • The school reserves the right to approve a pro-rated refund of fees at any time if a module of a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as declining trainee numbers, no available trainer, which is beyond the control of the trainee.

  • The school reserves the right to approve a pro-rated refund of fees and charges for courses /modules at any time during the course if students are able to provide documentary evidence for withdrawing from the course. (e.g. Doctor’s letter/certificate certifying the candidate is suffering from serious illness or disability, or other circumstances beyond their control)

  • Mode of Refund: School’s company cheque with a 2-week processing period.
