HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE FLORISTRY WSQ?
There are no academic requirements for you to be trained in any of the units under the Floristry WSQ. However, you should have a certain level of literacy and numeric ability to be able to cope with the training. After you complete each training unit and pass the assessment, you will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA). With the accumulation of the required number of SOAs, you will be awarded with the appropriate WSQ qualification.

If you are employed:
Your employer can send you to attend the course if it is relevant to your work and within your ability to cope with the training. You may opt to take any unit you wish, as long as your employer deems it relevant. However, you have to plan the units you want to take if you intend to attain a qualification as this required a specific combination of core and elective units. For example, in order to attain a WSQ Certificate in Floristry Operations, you have to attain a combination of 8 Core and 2 Elective units.

Funding For Floristry WSQ Courses
Your employer can seek funding assistance through WDA’s Skills Development Fund (SDF) when you attend WSQ programmes and meet these criteria:

1. You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
2. You have achieved at least 75% attendance during training
3. You have attempted all required assessments

您无需任何学历。即可参加花艺WSQ任何一个单元的培训。不过，您必须具备一定的语言和计算能力，才能吸取课程的内容。每当您成功完成一个培训单元并通过评估，将会获得一张能力合格证明(SOA).累积足够的能力合格证明后，就可获颁WSQ资格证书。

如果您已经受雇：
如果课程与您的工作相关，并且相关培训在您能力范围内，您的雇主可送您去参加课程。您可以选择参加任何单元的学习，只要雇主认有此必要。不过，如果取得资格证书，就必须对培训内容作出妥善规划，包括核心课程和选修课程的特定组合。
